Partnering in Children’s Health

The All Alaska Pediatric Partnership supports and links healthcare services between government, healthcare entities, social services, and payers for children and families by leading collaborative opportunities, enhanced communication, expanding education and training opportunities for all healthcare professionals.

In order to achieve our goals, we know that we must partner, collaborate and create alliances. We recognize and respect the diversity within our organization, our community and ourselves. We are grateful to our amazing supporters whose generosity makes all of this possible.

AAPP works as a catalyst for improvements in maternal, child and family health. We’ve been engaged in these efforts for nearly 20 years and we have even bigger plans for the future. We invite you to be a part of it.

Please explore this site to find out what we do, what we can do for you and what you can do to help the children of Alaska reach their full potential.

Resiliency Day

November 6, 2014 - All Day Crowne Plaza

Community Leaders Breakfast  7:30-9:30am

National speakers Dr. Anda,  Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Soderquist will speak about ACE's (Adverse Childhood Experiences), the economic impact of childhood violence, and what business leaders can do every day to support resiliency in our community.

Learning Laboratory  12:00- 4:30 pm

This highly interactive session balances presentations of concepts with interactive table conversations that will help participants develop a more rigorous, useful picture of how violence permeates their communities, and how they can work together to make a difference.  By the end of the session, this clearer understanding will help motivate participants to continue working together  and in their organizations  to address violence.

The "Developing a Systemic Approach to Violence Prevention, A Learning Tool" was developed for the National Network of Public Health Institutes, NNPHI

You must register for each portion of the day. http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/809142
